Vividae Campaign is a Maryland-based hair company offering premium hair extensions and hair care products, including closures frontals, deep wave bundles, and curly wigs. All references to "we", "our", or "us" refer to Vividae Campaign.

We offer multiple secure payment options for your convenience, including:

  • Sezzle
  • Shop Pay
  • Major Credit/Debit Cards 

 

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends, Mondays and holidays after receiving full payment. You will receive an order confirmation email followed by tracking information once your order ships.


4.Vividae Sales Policy

At Vividae, every bundle is curated to meet a luxury standard of quality, consistency, and presentation. Due to the personal nature of our products, all purchases are final sale.We do not offer refunds, ONLY exchanges. 
Product Alteration Policy

 

Any form of alteration immediately voids eligibility for return consideration, including:


  • Cutting or trimming
  • Coloring, bleaching, or toning
  • Installation or wear
  • Chemical or heat processing beyond standard styling

Once modified, the hair can no longer be restored to its original luxury condition.

 


5. Shipping Policy

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery timelines are provided but are not guaranteed. Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

 

6.  Product Disclaimer

Due to the raw nature of our hair, each bundle may vary slightly in texture or color. We take great care in sourcing high-quality products, but slight variations are natural and do not qualify as defects. 


7. Fraud Protection

All orders are subject to review. If we suspect fraud, we reserve the right to cancel the order or request additional verification. This is to protect both our business and our customers.


8.  Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, branding, text, and images, are the intellectual property of Vividae Campaign and may not be reproduced without written permission.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within Maryland.

10. we are not responsible for lost packages once USPS, FEDEX, UPS, has received and scanned packages. All dispute and claims should be filed directly with shipping company.

11. Updates to Terms

Vividae Campaign reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here, and continued use of the site implies acceptance of those changes.
