Welcome to Vividae Campaign. By accessing or using our website (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this site or make a purchase.


1. General Information

Vividae Campaign is a Maryland-based hair company offering premium hair extensions and hair care products. All references to "we", "our", or "us" refer to Vividae Campaign.


2. Payment Options

We offer multiple secure payment options for your convenience, including:

  • Klarna
  • Affirm
  • PayPal
  • Sezzle
  • Shop Pay
  • Major Credit/Debit Cards 

All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment gateway and trusted third-party providers.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment. You will receive an order confirmation email followed by tracking information once your order ships.


4. Shipping Policy

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery timelines are provided but are not guaranteed. Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.


5. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns if the following conditions are met: and Refunds within 14 days of delivery

  • Returns must be requested within 7 business days of the delivery date.
  • Hair must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We ask when returning items it’s returned the same way it was sent using the signature request method 
  • Klarna Return/Refund Policy - 

    You have a right to return for a full refund within 14 days of delivery for all products. This applies for all products purchased only with Klarna and must be unopened/unused for sanitary reasons to qualify. Restock fees, credit/exchange is not applicable for Klarna purchases. You must contact us 202-428-8553 or email vividaebae@gmail.com before returning all hair extensions and weave products. All unauthorized returns will be discarded. All products can be returned to 20 w 25th st Baltimore Md 21218

    To initiate a return, please contact us at vividaebae@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return.We do not offer refunds or exchanges on used, altered, or tampered products.


6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, the order is considered finalized and will be processed accordingly.


7. Product Disclaimer

Due to the raw nature of our hair, each bundle may vary slightly in texture or color. We take great care in sourcing high-quality products, but slight variations are natural and do not qualify as defects.


8. Fraud Protection

All orders are subject to review. If we suspect fraud, we reserve the right to cancel the order or request additional verification. This is to protect both our business and our customers.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, branding, text, and images, are the intellectual property of Vividae Campaign and may not be reproduced without written permission.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within Maryland.


11. Updates to Terms

Vividae Campaign reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here, and continued use of the site implies acceptance of those changes.
